what to expect in an engagement ring appointment:

• typically, the appointment lasts about an hour, during which you will be able to see our entire bridal collection in person. we will educate you on each ring, providing specific details such as carat weight and cut of each stone. you can try on every ring to discover which colour, cut and setting you love!

• from the moment you step into our store, you will feel welcomed and at ease. our team will greet you warmly and offer you a cup of coffee or sparkling water to help you relax and settle into the moment. 

• during your appointment, you will sit down with one of our appointment hosts and chat about what you're looking for in a ring, including stone colour and setting style. 
• we will show you all the rings we have in-store, and we can facetime with other stores to show you additional options at other locations. we encourage you to try on as many rings as you like because we understand that rings can speak to us differently up close.
