about the role

we are looking for someone passionate and detail-oriented to support and grow our online store. you will provide an excellent online customer experience while upholding all visual and operational standards of our brand. you will liaise with the marketing team and store managers to create a seamless guest experience, all while looking for new opportunities to grow the online store.

responsibilities

  • support online marketplaces (bluboho.com, facebook shop etc)
  • work with other departments to ensure product descriptions are accurate, romantic and key product information is included
  • manage order fulfillment
  • participate in ordering and replenishment of key pieces
  • handle online guest experience, inquiries, and feedback in a timely manner
  • our bluboho LLF is delivered through all channels in a loving and uncompromising manner
  • collaborate with marketing team to determine product and merchandising promotional strategies
  • make site enhancement recommendations in order to improve the customer experience, site conversion rates, and total revenue

skills

  • BA or BS degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
  • e-commerce experience required, shopify experience a plus
  • jewelry/retail experience a plus
  • flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • adobe photoshop knowledge
  • experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines at the same time while maintaining excellent time management skills
  • independent, self-motivated with a make-it-work attitude

    • build a strong guest database that results in long-term relationships by gathering all guest information
    • drive sales, overall store success by working towards reaching daily sales targets
    • attend training and further development meetings
    • execute weekly and daily merchandising flips that are results driven
    • liaison and communicate with other departments on a daily basis
    • ensure all proper signage is displayed and properly communicated to our guests
    • asset protection is top of mind and you have all eyes on the floor
    • maintain cleanliness within the store, including display cases, floor, glass and most importantly the jewelry
    • effectively communicate bluboho’s mission and vision to your team and guests alike
    • perform other duties as required
