online store policy

online return & exchange policy
online shopping can be tricky and we get it! we’re sorry to hear that it’s not the right fit, but as long as your pieces have not been worn or damaged you are able to return or exchange them within 14 days of receiving your order. please note, after 14 days we no longer accept returns or exchanges. shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • returns: we offer either a refund or online credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • exchanges: we offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

online gift exchange policy
if you received a piece as a gift and it’s just not for you, bring it back to us - we want to help you find the perfect piece! you may exchange it or receive an online credit within 14 days of the purchaser receiving the order. in order to complete exchanges, you must have an original receipt or gift receipt.

placing a return or exchange
we are sad to hear that your jewels weren’t the perfect fit but we have you covered.

  1. you can mail your pieces back to us: please email us at guestexperience@bluboho.com with your order number, the name of the pieces you wish to exchange or return and our team will take care of the rest!
  2. or stop by our shop: if it's easier for you to stop by one of our shops, bring your pieces in to complete your return or exchange. let our team know your order number and they will take care of the rest! 

did you know...we offer free returns in Canada on orders over $150 (before tax)!

processing your refund

refunds will be processed on the original form of payment within 24-72 hours of your package being delivered back to us. moments after this refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation message to the email address and/or device linked to your original purchase. refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

exchanges will be processed within 24-72 hours of your package being delivered to us. moments after this exchange has been done you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking information to the email address and/or device linked to your original purchase.

canceling an order

we get it, we all make mistakes. if you wish to cancel your order just reach out to us at guestexperience@bluboho.com. our orders are fulfilled quickly (because we know that waiting for a package to arrive feels like a lifetime) but we would be happy to look into your order and see if canceling is possible.

final sale
some of our pieces are final sale. unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds and exchanges on earrings, bridal/beloved pieces, sale items, pieces that have been engraved, special orders and gift cards.

holiday return policy

in-store & online
our holiday exchange policy is now in effect. we will gladly return or exchange any unworn jewelry by january 6th, 2018. all refunds are processed on the original form of payment. gift receipts are eligible for a store credit or exchange. jewelry must be unworn and in new condition, accompanied by any additional packaging. repairs are subject to a base repair fee of $30, unless quoted otherwise. chain breaks are not considered to be defective product. sale items (including black friday*), gift cards, earrings and special orders are final sale. 

*returns on merchandise purchased online during the black friday promotion will be honoured. however, if purchase value after return falls below $100 (pre-tax), the promotion will be forfeited and the hollow hoops will be charged for, as earrings are always a final sale item.
