Online Return Policy
You would like to return your piece? We are sad to hear this but you can send it back to us for a refund or a credit within 14 days of receipt, it must be sent prepaid. Please see our return form that was emailed to you when you made your purchase.  If you no longer have this form please click here. Please fill out this form and include it in your package along with the original receipt. If the item is faulty please provide us with details why. We will issue you with a gift card with the amount of the credit for you to use towards future purposes. If you wish to receive a refund please select how you would like to be credited, it must match the original payment method used.

If you wish to exchange a ring or necklace for a different size please contact us and then send it back to us with the return form and prepaid shipping. We will exchange it for the right size for you, subject to availability. In the case of a high-value piece or one of a kind piece a resize could be possible, please contact us in these cases.

Please ensure that the piece is unworn and all packaging is in perfect condition. We have the right to deny a return if it does not meet any of our return policy conditions.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we have made a mistake.

All exchanges are based on stock availability. We are only able to offer size exchanges, if you wish to exchange your piece for an alternative piece we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Pieces purchased online can also be exchanged in the stores. 

Gift Returns
If you received a piece as a gift and you wish to return it, you may exchange it for a store credit that you can use towards your next purchase. You may need to pay any cost different, additional shipping, or taxes.  The gift receipt must accompany the piece in the package when you return it in order for us to complete the return.

Faulty Pieces
Pieces are considered faulty if they were received broken, or where there is a defect in the piece with in a month of purchasing it. Please note that these pieces are very delicate and should not be worn during sports or in the shower. Please take care of your pieces and they will last forever. Pieces that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

We will repair faulty pieces but if you would like to exchange your piece you can only exchange it for the same product in the same size. Again this is subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the piece cannot be repaired or replaced.

Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order you must email us within 24 hours of when you placed your order. If you email within the 24 hours we will cancel and refund your online purchase.

Receiving a Refund
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as a store credit to be used at a later time. The store credit will be in the form of a gift card. Please note that it may take up to a week for refunds to show up on your account due to processing times between payment providers.

We have done our best to depict the pieces as accurately as possible but with varying computer monitors and screens we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately show the color of the pieces.
