online shopping can be tricky and we get it! we’re so sorry to hear that it’s not the perfect fit, but with the exception of final sale items, you are eligible for an exchange, store credit or return within 14 days of receiving your order. items must be in unworn, new condition, including all original packaging. shipping fees and route protection are non refundable.

• final sale: some of our pieces are final sale. unfortunately, we are unable to issue exchanges or store credit on earrings, one-of-a kind rings, made to order pieces, items purchased on sale, pieces that have been engraved, and gift cards.
