This is not a retail job.

You will not be selling jewelry. You will be helping people find a symbol worthy of their story. Every day, guests will walk through our door carrying things they can’t say out loud. Sometimes they’re celebrating. Sometimes they’re grieving. Sometimes they’re lost, or quietly becoming someone new. First loves. Last goodbyes. New babies. Recoveries. Marriages. Diagnoses. Fresh starts. They may not remember exactly what you said. They will never forget how you made them feel. That’s the job. Everything else — the sales targets, the merchandising, the guest database — exists to serve that one
thing well.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Read the moment a guest is in, and meet them there — whether that means quiet space or genuine celebration
- Build real relationships with guests and our community, and capture guest information that turns a single visit into a long-term connection
- Own your numbers: work toward daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance — connection and results aren’t in tension here, they drive each other
- Learn our pieces, our materials, and the stories behind them well enough to match the right piece to the right story
0 Execute merchandising flips and maintain a space — cases, floor, glass, and the jewelry itself — that’s worthy of what happens inside it
- Communicate bluboho’s mission and vision the same way to every guest and every teammate
- Attend training and development sessions, and treat feedback as fuel
- Keep an eye on the floor — asset protection matters, always
- Pitch in wherever the day needs you
